The WCBU Committee has agreed to affiliated clubs playing face to face bridge with the following guidelines recommended:

Clubs should not handle cash. Payments should be made by EFT or card.

All players must be vaccinated in accordance with the manufacturers' recommended dosage.

Player temperatures should be checked on arrival.

The tables should be well spaced and the venue well ventilated.

Sanitisers should be placed on all tables.

Masks at the table are encouraged but not enforced.

All players should carry their bidding boxes with them from table to table.

Only North should handle the Bridgemates which should be sanitised after every session.

Only coffee, tea and biscuits should be served.

To date the Hermanus Duplicate Bridge Club is the only affiliated clubs open for Face to Face bridge, with Keurboom and Impala scheduled to open in January 2022.
